Abstract

La contribución llama la atención reservada por Medicina e Morale a los ámbitos de reflexión, de estudio, y de acción que se encuentran bajo el nombre de "bioderecho" y de "Biopolítica". De ello emerge un examen sintético, pero cuidadoso, de los numerosos artículos publicados en el curso de los años. Del complejo de los trabajos publicados resulta una riqueza y una notable complejidad de las dos vastas temáticas, además de la perspectiva de una reflexión que implicará todavía mucho tanto bajo el perfil de los contenidos, como bajo el de una orgánica estructuración.The paper draws the attention that Medicina e Morale gave to Biolaw and Biopolitical.
