Abstract

The concept of personal growth could be analysed through a Constructivist point of view, and paradigmatic changes suffered nowadays as objectivity, reality, knowledge and a new relationship between observes and individuals are also been discussed. The function of feelings in the evolution of a person is checked and its main achievements are described in The Systemic Processual Post Rationalism Approach by Vittorio Guidano. The main stages in a person´s life until the features of his/her personality origin are stood out at the end of the text.A través de una mirada eminentemente Constructivista, se analiza el concepto de Desarrollo Personal, integrando a la discusión los cambios paradigmáticos sufridos en la actualidad, en torno a la objetividad, la realidad, el conocimiento y la nueva relación entre observador y sujeto. Utilizando como referente el Enfoque Post Racionalista Cognitivo Procesal Sistémico, de Vittorio Guidano, se revisa el papel que juega la emoción en la evolución de cada persona y se describen los principales hitos de dicho desarrollo. Finaliza el texto resaltando las principales etapas que atraviesa una persona hasta la conformación de una matriz de personalidad
