Abstract

The intention of this article is to show with the name of Otto Von Guericke that, against the heideggerian lecture of the history of philosophy, the metaphysics never ends to think the being as being. Actuallly, the metaphysics searched the being and the ontological difference with more acuity and depth that the heideggerianism. The purpose is to show that the metaphysics and its concepts are still topical when we discuss the issue of the fundamental ontology. Before being a famous physicist, Von Guericke was a metaphysician. His metaphysical concerns causes him to physical experiments, and not the reverse.
