Die neue Gewissheit der Er kenntnis, die hier waltete, die neuen Begriffe und Methoden galt es philosophisch zu begreifen. Diese Aufgabe sprengte den Rahmen der alten aristotelisch-scholastischen Philosophie und fuhrte zu der philosophischen Entwicklung, deren Hohepunkt wir im transzen dentalen Idealismus Kants erblicken.
