Abstract

Sed sibi quisque facit! Some Notes for an Ontology of the Oniric between Binswanger and Merleau-Ponty The paper aims to connect several perspectives about dream in the pre-platonic thought to several phenomenological concepts issued by Ludwig Binswanger and Merleau-Ponty’s heretical phenomenology: passing through these reflections we used an atypical guide, namely the filmmaker Wes Craven and his Nightmare on Elm Street. This horror film, in fact, using his villain Freddy Kruger, raises several questions about the onirical world that put in crisis a certain subjectivism of dream. That’s why we try to answer this question: can we consider the dream a private world?
