Abstract

The text consists in an exercise of interpretation of Martha Graham's choreography Night Journey as a recreation of Sophocles'Oedipus Rex. The aim is to sketch a study in which the inter-artistic processes between literature and dance are brought to light.Trata-se de um exercício de leitura da coreografia Night Journey, de Martha Graham, como reinvenção do texto de Édipo rei, de Sófocles. Pretende-se esboçar um estudo em que se evidenciem os processos interartísticos entre literatura e dança.
