Abstract

This small format book includes 3 essays that examine the phantasmagoric aesthetic concepts in Capitalism Modernity, questioning the condition of art as a merchandise appropriated by Capitalism, the "modernist" museum and the image as propaganda. Texts by Oscar Espinosa Mijares, Francisco Castro Merrifield and Jose Luis Barrios.
