Abstract

Include the constitutional relationship between citizens and authorities in some countries as well as the relationship between national authorities, the legislature is one of the most active subjects. Relationship is not constitutional law constitutional relationship, nor is the general legal relationship, but "constitutional," the legal relationship, the adjustment is the country's political power. The realization of the constitutional relationship between the constitutional process as well as constitutional legal relationship of the implementation process . Question of our constitutional practice, mainly in relation to the Constitution and the constitutional legal relations in the formation and implementation of a series of acts not in place. The relationship between constitutions mainly refers to the relationship between civilians and relevant national bodies and the relationship among different national bodies, among which the law-making bodies are the most active main bodies.
