Abstract

This book is for all practitioners in health care and in education. It provides an educational approach to professional development and introduces readers to the process of reflective research. Its main focus is on the critical appreciation of practice. It offers professionals a different language in which to discuss their work and provides user friendly methods for individuals wishing to research their own practice.
