Abstract

The aim of this presentation is to problematize the Foucault‟s thought under the light of a “event‟s genealogy”. That problematization confronts us, in face of the statements rarity and of the subsequent naturalization of the history, with the multiplicity of events that characterize the mixture between the bodies. It is about a debt of Foucault with the old Stoicism, particularly in relation to the notion of event, understanding the way by which the historical event is rationalized and universalized. In this perspective, we will question the horizons of a Kantian reason, faced with the event‟s multiplicity.O objetivo desta apresentação é problematizar o pensamento de Foucault sob a luz da "genealogia do acontecimento".
