Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como fin comprender los significados de las practicas socioculturales en la producción campesina de aguardiente rastrojero en el municipio de Viotá, provincia del Tequendama en Cundinamarca, Colombia. Es una etnografía que se logra a través de recoger distintas vivencias y narrativas sobre la producción del licor en la región. Sus prácticas son consideradas patrimonio cultural inmaterial, surge de la convivencia de saberes construidos en el marco de la historia de la primera emancipación, las guerras civiles y las luchas agrarias, estás sostienen y dan fundamento a la memoria e identidad campesina.
