Abstract

Triggered by the global integration of the world's cultures and conflict in the western culture, faces enormous challenges and opportunities. In the relatively weak economic base conditions, how to break the closed nature of western culture, conservative, to develop and maintain the local nature of the western regional culture, national character, as the western culture is an urgent need to solve the big problem. In particular, the special geographical location and the western complex and diverse cultural composition, determines the context of the globalization of culture in the western region of the main culture, cultural system, cultural values, cultural institutions and cultural industries such as construction seems a long way . The western culture is confronted with tremendous challenges and opportunities under the context of globalization which has been leading to various forms of cultural mixing and conflict. Under poor economic conditions, it is an important problem for the construction of the western culture of how to break down the closed or conservative western culture, and give play to the west local and national culture.
