Abstract
Pleasure is a long-discussed issue in philosophy, because it is the result of soul and its powers which are discussed in philosophy. Therefore, such philosophers as Aristotle, Farabi, Avicenna, and Mulla Sadra have discussed it extensively in their writings. In his various works, Avicenna has scrutinized the problem of pleasure.
