Abstract

Such as Rawls says, his theory of justice has to respond to and absorbed Marx's critique of classical liberalism. He stood on the liberal position, a better solution to the classical liberal self-interest features and the fundamental rights of private property as a defect; but in view of historical materialism, he still failed to overcome the deficiencies inherent in liberalism
