Postmodernism questions the rationality and irrationality - to view an example of Nietzsche and Foucault
Abstract
Since known as the "father of post-modernism," Nietzsche announced the death of God, questioning the rationality and rational reason to challenge directly to the post, post-modernism and post-modern era to start a rational interpretation of diversity. However, post-modernism, but also it is often mistaken for a non-rational ideology. In this paper, rationalism, idealism development context, to explore the Enlightenment to the second half of the nineteenth century a highly developed rational thinking under the absolute and its associated rational criticism, is caused by World War II and after the rational tools of non-rational Contemplation. Then, from Nietzsche, Foucault on people, human nature to explore, to clarify the post-modernist rationality and irrationality problem.
