The author reveals the features of construction of the universal evolution model, which he called «Evolving matter». According to the author, the material world, which is perceived in scales of the Earth and near space, consists of visually and empirically easily detectable states of matter, with different complexity of the internal organisation: inert, living and intelligent matter. The transition from one state of matter to another state is caused by three main factors and two reasons of evolution. The author has (...) carried the following factors of evolution as a complication: a) Continuity of self-complication structures, types of interaction and environments of existence of any state of matter, which is supplemented by: – Block of continuous self-complication; – Principle of block of continuous self-complication of dominance; b) Nonlinear complication of structure, types of interactions and environments of existence of any state of matter, which is specified by factors: – Hierarchical nonlinear complication; – Orientation of nonlinear hierarchical complication; c) Complication isolation. The author carries complications to the evolution reasons: a) Active principle, which is inherently the basis for the initial elements of any state of matter, and which forms a self-complication; b) Natural selection as the environment influence. The article critically examines modern model of the Universe evolution constructed by efforts of a group of scientists from the world's leading universities. The author notes its strengths, but also points to shortcomings. Author believes that this model does not take into account the most important achievements in the field of biochemistry and biology, as well as neuroscience and psychology. Author believes that in the construction of model of the Universe evolution, scientists must take into account the impact of living (...) and intelligent matter on space processes. The purpose of the cosmic education has been determined as formation of a planetary and cosmic personality. According to the authors, a planetary and cosmic personality is a harmony of mind, soul, and body, and such harmony is directed to use the internal creative potential of mind to the benefit of the intelligent matter of the entire Earth and the cosmos. The properties of such a planetary and cosmic personality are being improved continuously; they are a sample of the cosmic pedagogy and the image of a human being of the future. The author offers his own vision of the unification of four fundamental interactions through a philosophical analysis of the categories of time and space. Time and space are coexisting self-sufficient phenomena. Time connects three global spaces (inert, living and intelligent substances) into a single hierarchy of the universe. The unification of space and time took place at the first stage of the modern world structure, during the formation of the first global space-time. The cosmological singularity was determined by two main (...) parameters: substance (state of matter) and the energy embedded in it. The author comes to the conclusion that strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions are forces that determine different spaces (geometric constructions). All geometric constructions of fundamental particles are determined by 3 forces (energies). Along the strike of this article we’ll try to perform two tasks. The first one is to review the world existence but not in form of concept but in form of modern scientific-philosophic system of views on the Universe structure and on the processes of formation and development of non-organic world, worlds of life and intelligence. The second one is to answer the question “what is the essence of human life?” through the scientific-philosophic understanding of the world existence.

We analyse some current trends of viewing transformational changes of humankind. We present the key role played by philosophy of education in shaping an image of the future human being. We also determine the main characteristics of the personality of the planetary-cosmic type and the system of his personal, local and global interactions.

In the article, we will consider the scientific “Evolving matter” theory and philosophy of the cosmos as the modern “ideal model” of global sustainable development. The answer will be given to the question: “What is the world as Dasein-the-One?” Philosophy of the cosmos has two goals: (1) To resolve the question “How does agathos come into being?” or “How does a thing’s meaningfulpresence-as come about?” (2)To use the obtained results for a specific discourse and a way of life creation. The (...) research subject of philosophy of the cosmos is the account of complexity of the movement of Sein in Da, which includes the source of meaningful presence, or the idea tou agathou. Agathos reveals phronesis, the required moulding force of agathos. Philosophy of the cosmos presents Daseinthe-One as the modern intelligibility of the coming into being, the ways of the coming into being, as well as the connection between the coming into being and what is occurring. Dasein-the-One is a continuous and non-linear complication of the structure of matter, the types of interaction and the environments in which agathos are immanently present. The factors and causes of complication determine the coming into being and what is occurring. They develop the chronology of complication or a certain account of complexity of the movement of Sein in Da. The passing and happening of Dasein-the-One define the experience of Dasein being. The latter forms a specific focus of the coming into being, as well as its energy of the meaningful presence in what is occurring. (shrink)

The authors investigated the relevance of consequentialism in commercial space exploration as well as in the actively developing space market. The authors conclude that space expansion and colonization of space objects will lead to a revision of the foundational consequentialism provisions. Consequentialism, formed during the history of terrestrial civilization, loses its effectiveness under conditions of space commercialization. The basics of planetary thinking are different from those of cosmic thinking. Therefore, considering the meaning of the terms “cosmic expansion” and “colonization of (...) the cosmos” through the existing theory of consequentialism faces serious contradictions. There is a range of problems that are not explored in modern philosophy and ethics due to the lack of an empirical basis for philosophical analysis. (shrink)

The article answers the question: “How does the agathos of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter come into being?” or “How does the meaningful-presence of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter come about?” The author turns to the philosophy of Plato and Heidegger and presents Dasein-psyche as an elementary structure or a Dasein-Intelligent-Matter actor. The Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence is significantly conditioned by the focus and limits of the arete potency, set by Dasein-Intelligent-Matter. The anthropologization of Dasein transforms the individual discourse and a way of life in (...) accordance with the arete potency. The arete potency is the source of Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence. The anthropologization of Dasein sets free arete, providing the transforming of the arete existentials potency into the energy of Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence. The disclosedness of arete is an “ideal” state of the Dasein-psyche sustainable development and prosperity, the agathos of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter. (shrink)

Werner Jaeger argued that Plato was perhaps the first to use the word mould, πλάττινν, for the act. It follows from Plato’s philosophy that the arete is unable to independently free itself from hiddenness and overcome the boundaries of the physical world to master the “human sophia.” Plato’s philosophy creates a recognizable image of political education: education as the moulding of a certain “correctness of the gaze” on the image of the highest idea. The moulding power of the transcendental ideal (...) is used to establish the focus and limits of self-realization. A specific discourse and way of life are formed that provides the mastering of the “human sophia.” We have designated the method of achieving “human sophia” with the metaphor “philosophy-as-away-of-life.”. In the article, the author examines five main, in his opinion, theories of human origins and finally proposes his own, which consists in the formation of the so-called "associative capacity", which is part of the overall development of the psyche, including the conscious and unconscious.

The author examines a basic ontological dichotomy stated in Plato’s Timaeus. The goal is to harmonise it with the Big Bang Theory and the expansion of the Universe argumentation. Using Plato’s Vocabulary helps to combine the modern understanding of fundamental physical phenomena with Platonic philosophy. Moreover, the use of Platonic philosophy as an authoritative beginning and Platone philosophandi ratio triplex as the way to follow (méthodos) exhibits a new quality of the Big Bang theory. Specifically, the ability to combine physical (...) (primary) and existential (secondary) meanings to define critical phenomena “come to be,” “cease to be,” and “to be.” The author considers the formulated questions “What is aletheia?”, “What is there in alethes?”, “What is the phúsis of the form as the dúnamis?” and “What is dianoia of the hominin form?” as the sources of the “turning round of the psukhe” to the main question: “What is meaningful phúsis?” The issue inquiry guarantees humanity the fundamental competitive advantage in the expanding kósmos and being among the forms that come to be (gígnomai) and always is purely (ón). This article summarizes the history of the formation of key neuro-programming technologies of the human brain as well as proves that the changes in the society’s worldview are caused by the possibilities and quality of neuro-programming technologies that society uses. Having influence (...) over worldview stereotypes and behaviour set by the society, neuro-programming technologies essentially ensure the national security of any state and the peaceful coexistence of states in the regions and on the planet as a whole. Using historical and philosophical methods, methods of conceptualization, systematization, modeling, etc., the authors have come to the conclusion that the modern world lies in a confrontation of security strategies, in which neuro-programming technologies play a key role. From our point of view, the theoretical and empirical basis of “war” and “peace” was made up principally from research in three areas: Religion, ethics, philosophy and psychology, as comprehension of the normative-evaluative categories of good and evil; Philosophy, political science, sociology and jurisprudence, in the theories of international relations; History, fiction as well as documentary, memoir, reference, technical literature on the subject of “war” (...) and “peace.” For such a significant amount of time, there was a wealth of factual and theoretical material accumulated in each of the three areas of research, which highlights the problem of “war” and “peace” in all variety of its meanings. To understand the scope of coverage and a range of research on the problem of “war” and “peace,” as well as the level of achievements in this field, let us briefly examine the history of “war” and “peace” in each of these three areas, proposed by us. In thisarticle the authors examine the current understanding ofthe foundations ofthe philosophy of education. Lately when it is spoken about human development and education and concretized that it is the perfection of its mind. And if at the end of the twentieth century the subject of educational impact was human being, consisting of social and biological entities, at the beginning of the XXI century the situation has changed. Advances in neuroscience allowed specifying the subject of the educational impact and identifying (...) in a person the material organization that really makes him standing out from the world of living organisms. We are talking about the neural structures that are formed and developed in the human brain and which are not observed in the brain of higher animals. We are talking about consistently evolving neural networks and subconscious consciousness which perform the corresponding functions: subliminal and conscious. If the consistent development of the structure of the human brain sees neuroscience, the development of the functions of this structure, considering psychology. Methods, ways and means of transmission of socio-cultural heritage from one generation to another explores pedagogy. Therefore, the philosophy of education that considers the impact of educational technology, global educational model should be based on the integration of research in neuroscience, psychology and pedagogy. A brief analysis of the philosophy of the Modern Age has allowed establishing the following. The idea of philosophy, formulated by Plato, has hold sway in modern history. It corresponds to the demands of a new reality, which is revealed as a process. In the context of a new reality, the idea of philosophy revealed previously unknown qualities. Martin Heidegger proved that the idea of philosophy does not need Mediators or any other external source. Instead, the unity of certain discourse (...) and way of life has an inner source, which Heidegger coined the term “the appropriated clearing”. Methodology of geophilosophy allowed the author to expand the understanding of Ukraine as the limitrophe State, through the territory of which runs the frontier of the confrontation between the two world cultures; explain the relationship between the totally corrupt Ukrainian authority and the geographic location of Ukraine. Prone to corruption the mentality of Ukrainian rulers and their Soviet nomenclatura past, to a large extent determined the course of history of Ukraine. War and Peace regulate high-quality structure and manifestations of mental space: reduce the number of mentalities, whose structures predispose to aggression, and increase the number of mentalities, whose manifestations are directed at integration and cooperation. Through the proposed theory of war and peace, I have come to realize that, the state of peace for the evolving mental space includes the philosophy of war; the transition from peace to war depends mainly on the effectiveness of educational technology. Автор объединил в нейрофилософии: а) современные взгляды нейронаук на нейроэволюцию; б) важнейшие смыслы фундаментальной онтологии Хайдеггера; и в) новые смыслы Dasein, которые следуют из философии космоса. Это позволило рассмотреть арете как основу бытия Dasein «психики о» и переосмыслить дианоэтические добродетели Аристотеля как экзистенциалы арете.

The subject of the research is the philosophy of education and its reflection on the educational process. Based on the analysis of predecessors’ works the author presented the new structure of the philosophy of education which enriches the understanding of its subject, targets and methods of research. The author presented the philosophy of education as a pyramid, the base of which are generalizing the situation of man as a subject andobject of research accumulated in the philosophical anthropology. The first level (...) of the pyramid takes psychology as a science which studies the origin, development and functioning of the psyche. Pedagogy crowns the “pyramid”. The author used the dialectical, system-structural, structural-functional method, as well as methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis. The main conclusion of the study is to prove that the philosophy of education in their new understanding is not only a theoretical understanding of basics and demonstrations of the educational process, but also a practice, the direct embodiment of the theoretical developments in the education in the everyday life. Using historical and philosophical analysis, the author shows that the philosophy of education does not just depend on the state of social philosophy, but also through its methodological apparatus it realizes the established philosophical paradigm in the different pedagogical practices. This article summarizes the history of the formation of key neuro-programming technologies of the human brain as well as proves that the changes in the society’s worldview are caused by the possibilities and quality of neuro-programming technologies that society uses. Having influence (...) over worldview stereotypes and behaviour set by the society, neuro-programming technologies essentially ensure the national security of any state and the peaceful coexistence of states in the regions and on the planet as a whole. Using historical and philosophical methods, methods of conceptualization, systematization, modeling, etc., the authors have come to the conclusion that the modern world lies in a confrontation of security strategies, in which neuro-programming technologies play a key role. In the article, Socratic logos is used both metaphorically and literally. Its opposition to modern terminology and its meanings, such as “truth,” “the chronology of the Universe,” “space exploration,” and “the nature of space,” is metaphorical. The literal use demonstrates the potential of Socratic logos for modern inquiries into the Universe. Socratic logos is proposed to be used as a work. Namely, in this meaning, it is an authoritative beginning for any research. On the other hand, Socratic logos guarantees proper (...) continuity and systematisation of the research results. It helps to go beyond highly specialised terminology and its meanings to use its particular complexity to investigate global interdisciplinary complexity. Thirdly, the most important is the effectiveness and results of its use. An example of the upward path “What is aletheia?” shows the work of Socratic logos and its result. The main feature of Socratic logos is that it does not provide for the victorious proclamation of “Truth” in the form of one or another cosmological model. However, it leads to the critical dichotomy of the kósmos, based on the metric expansion and compatible with the Hubble-Lemaître law. (shrink)

Lately, when we speak about of human development and education, specify that it is the perfection of his psyche. The article deals with the problem field of neurophilosophy. Neurophilosophy in the author’understanding, is over neurosciences and systematizes the observed results of brain research, analyzes and synthesizes them, builds models and predictions of the development of the psyche. On the basis of a number of neurophilosophical generalizations, the author designates the main directions of the development of future human image. The author (...) concludes that these directions of future human image could be now incarnated in a concrete and real type of personality, planetary and space personality. On the basis of planetary and space personality there is psyche with primary work of neural ensemble of consciousness. Modern development of neurophilosophy and also own researches of the author allowed to consider features of formation of planetary and space personality with methods of space education. (shrink)

This small book continues the theoretical study on the structure of the universe. It examines the category of “time” in the light of a new cosmological model proposed by the author in his book “The Origin of Mankind”. It is generally accepted that after researches of A. Einstein, А. Minkovsky and others space and time are considered in their interrelation, as the continuum. Nevertheless, the category of “time” is still a bone of contention and a cause of a great deal (...) of misunderstanding in contemporary science. In philosophy, mathematics, physics it has different meanings.
