Adalet hem klasik hem de modern dönemde tasavvuf ve siyasetin önde gelen konularından biridir. Özellikle tasavvuf ve siyaset alanlarında, adalet kavramı olmadan sürdürülebilir bir düşünce yapısı kurmak mümkün değildir. Adalet, genellikle siyasetle ilişkilendirilse de İslam Hukuku'nda da çok önemli bir yer tutar. İslam Hukuku, adaletin sağlanması ve korunmasını temel amaçlarından biri olarak görür. Adalet, İslam Hukuku'nda sadece bireyler arasındaki ilişkilerde değil, aynı zamanda devletin ve toplumun düzeni ve refahı için de hayati bir öneme sahiptir. Bu nedenle, İslam Hukuku'nun temel prensiplerinden (...) biri adalettir ve bu prensip, İslam toplumlarında adaletin sağlanması ve korunması için çeşitli yollar ve kurumlar oluşturmuştur. İslam Hukuku’nda önemli bir yere sahip olan adalet kavramının tasavvuf ilmiyle de bağlantılı olarak ele alınması konunun farklı perspektiflerini görme açısından önem arz etmektedir. Zira tasavvuf, içsel bir dönüşüme ve manevi arayışlara yoğunlaşan bir ilimdir ancak adalet kavramı da bu bağlamda önemli bir yer tutar. Tasavvufi öğretiler, bireyin iç dünyasında denge ve adaletin sağlanması gerektiğini vurgular. Bu denge ve adalet, kişinin nefsiyle mücadelesinde, Allah'a olan bağlılığında ve diğer insanlarla ilişkilerinde kendini gösterir. Tasavvuf geleneği, bireyin içsel adaleti sağlamasını ve dengesini bulmasını ifade ederken, aynı zamanda dış dünyada adil davranışları teşvik eder. Bu nedenle, tasavvufun adaletle ilişkisi hem bireysel hem de toplumsal düzeyde önemli bir rol oynar. Söz konusu ilişkiyi anlamak, tasavvufun insanların manevi ve toplumsal hayatlarına nasıl etki ettiğini anlamak açısından kritiktir. Esasında tasavvuf-adalet ilişkisini kuran çalışmalar, adalet kavramına ve uygulamalarına daha derin manalar yüklemeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da zikredilen hususla beraber tasavvufun adalet anlayışını ve bu anlayışın günlük hayata nasıl yansıdığını anlamak ve açıklığa kavuşturmaktır. Zira böylelikle insanlar hem bireysel hem de toplumsal düzeyde daha adil bir yaşam sürmeye yönelik kapsamlı bir anlayış geliştirebilirler. Çalışmanın diğer bir amacı ise mutasavvıfların adalet hakkındaki düşüncelerinin anlaşılmasına ve günümüzdeki adalet tartışmalarına katkı sağlamaktır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak bilhassa tasavvuf ilminin önde gelen teorisyenleri kabul edilen mutasavvıfların adalet konusundaki görüşleri esas alınmıştır. Dolayısıyla özellikle Hâris b. Esed Muhâsibî (öl. 243/857), Sehl b. Abdullah Tüsterî (öl. 283/896), Muhammed b. İbrahim Kelâbâzî (öl. 380/990), Ebû Tâlib el-Mekkî (öl. 386/996), Ebû Nuaym el-İsfehânî (öl. 430/1038), Abdülkerîm b. Hevâzin Kuşeyrî (öl. 465/1072), Muhammed b. Gazzâlî (öl. 505/1111), Muhyiddîn İbnü’l-Arabî (öl. 638/1240), Mevlânâ Celâledddîn-i Rûmî (öl. 672/1273) gibi önemli mutasavvıfların fikirleri araştırmanın kapsamını oluşturmuştur. Bu bağlamda söz konusu mutasavvıfların eserlerinde adalet kavramını nasıl ele aldıkları, adaletin dini ve toplumsal boyutlarına verdikleri önem, içsel denge, merhamet, teslimiyet ve toplumsal adalet gibi prensiplere verdikleri vurgu gibi konular araştırılmıştır. Böylelikle tasavvuf geleneğinin adalet anlayışının derinliği ve kapsamlılığı ortaya konmuştur. Sonuç olarak söz konusu mutasavvıfların adalet anlayışının dışsal hukuk sistemlerinin yanı sıra içsel denge, merhamet, teslimiyet ve toplumsal adalet gibi derin ve kapsamlı prensiplere dayandığı görülmüştür. Zira onlar adaleti sadece yasalara uymakla değil, aynı zamanda insanların iç dünyalarında denge, merhamet ve teslimiyetin varlığında da görmüşlerdir. Nitekim toplumsal adaletin sağlanması, sadece cezaların belirlenmesiyle değil, aynı zamanda insanların birbirlerine karşı merhametli, adil ve teslimiyet içinde olmalarıyla da gerçekleşir. This research was conducted to reveal the views of the parents and prospective parents in our country on the oncept of childhood, the methods of education they applied and their opinions about the effects of the internet. In this context; under the 40; 26 male 32 female, between 40-60; 7 male, 9 female, over the 60; 2 male, 2 female total78 people were interviewed. The findings were assessed regarding gender-generation and gender-repeat/expression. The results of this research show that the participants (...) are aware of the fact that every single child has a unique personality. According to the study, while the younger participants use more diverse and modern education techniques, the older ones still use traditional educational methods. Prophethood (nubuwwah) is a divine institution that teaches the healthy progression of relations between Allah and humans, as well as between humans and the universe. However, from another perspective, it is also considered a human institution. Some opponents of religion, lacking strong evidence to challenge the existence of Allah, direct their objections towards prophethood, which is seen as a manifestation of Allah’s attribute of speech (kalām). To counter the rejection of prophethood, scholars of theology (kalām), hadith, and Prophetic biography (sīrah) (...) have compiled a body of literature known as Dalāʾil al-nubuwwah (Proofs of Prophethood). Their aim has been to collect proofs supporting prophethood as a response to these refutations and to dispel doubts regarding it. All extraordinary events occurring from before the birth until the death of Prophet Muhammad are considered evidence.During the fifth century, a notable figure in this tradition was the Shāfiʿī scholar al-Māwardī, who defended prophethood in his book Aʿlām al-nubuwwah (The Signs of Prophethood). Aʿlām al-nubuwwah has inspired subsequent works in this field due to its clarity and robust proofs. It became known by both names, Aʿlām al-nubuwwah and Dalāʾil al-nubuwwah, as it encompassed methods of narration and debate. Within his work, al-Māwardī mentions figures like Barāhimah, Dahriyyah, and certain philosophers as representatives of the idea rejecting prophethood. According to him, Barāhimah, of Indian origin is a sect that denies prophethood despite accepting the unity of Allah. Dahriyyah is a denialist sect attributing eternity to the universe and creativity to nature. Al-Māwardī considers these philosophers as infidels due to their comments on prophethood rather than outright denial. The basis of these movements' idea of denying prophethood lies in their efforts to portray reason (ʿaql) as an alternative to revelation (waḥy). Jews and Christians, on the other hand, are portrayed as groups that accept the concept of prophethood, however they reject Muḥammad’s. prophecy. Their objection stems from the fear of their religions being superseded. Al-Māwardī counters those rejecting prophethood by addressing the public interest (maṣlaḥah) of humans, the necessity of prophets, and the role of miracles. He illustrates that prophet charged with the duty of prophethood proves it through spectacular events orchestrated by Allah but carried out through his own hand. The prophet serves the public interest by conveying matters beyond human intellect and presenting them in a comprehensible manner, thereby ensuring the worldly and eternal felicity of humanity. Furthermore, he provides evidence for the Prophet Muḥammad’s prophethood through his moral character, prophetic biography, and accounts of miracles. The biography of Prophet Muhammad’s begins before his birth, and the method of proof is used to demonstrate his prophethood. In essence, al-Māwardī’s method of proving prophethood in Aʿlām al-nubuwwah can be seen as a synthesis of the approaches used by scholars of theology and hadith. One prominent figure in this tradition during the fifth century was the Shafi'i scholar al-Māwardī who defended prophethood through his book " ʿA'lām al-Nubuwwa" (The Signs of Prophethood). Bu çalışmanın amacı, Platon’un ruh (psykhē) anlayışına konuyla ilgili metinleri çerçevesinde bir çözümleme sunmaktır. Bu doğrultuda, öncelikle Platon’un ruh anlayışını evren tasavvurunun içine örgülediği vurgulanacak, bu nedenle doğrudan doğruya bu meselenin işlendiği Timaios diyaloğu ele alınıp orada tartışılan “cismani evrenin yaratılışı,” “evrenin ruhunun (psykhē pantos) teşkili” ve “evrenin ruhunun mayasından diğer ruhların yaratılışı” gibi konular irdelenecek, ayrıca bu süreçte zanaatkâr bir tanrı olarak Dēmiourgos ve diğer tanrıların üstlendiği rol üzerinde durulacaktır. Ardından Dēmiourgos’un evrenin ruhundan arta kalanlarla yarattığı ölümsüz ruha karşılık, (...) diğer tanrıların eliyle şekillenen ölümlü ruhun mahiyeti incelenecektir. Bu bağlamda ölümsüz ruh ile ölümlü ruh veya beden arasındaki ilişki tartışmaya açılarak ruhun “akıl” (to logistikon), “heyecan” (to thymoeides) ve “iştah” (to epithymētikon) şeklinde adlandırılan bölümleri veya işlevleri açıklanacaktır. Ruhun bedenlenip cismani evrene inişi ve bu bedenlenme sürecinde söz konusu temel işlevlerinin bedenin hangi bölgelerinde konumlandırıldığı, yine Timaios diyaloğu ışığında gösterilmeye çalışılacaktır. Daha sonra ruhun üç bölümlü veya üç işlevli yapısı, Phaidros diyaloğunda işlenen “kanatlı at” mitosuyla örneklendirilecek, bu sayede ruhun bedenlenme sürecine ve bedenlenmeden önceki semavi yaşayışına, başka deyişle göğün üstünde bir mekânda (hyperouranion topon) yer alan idea’lar âlemini temaşa etme (theōria) anına ışık tutulacaktır. Böylelikle hem Timaios hem de Phaidros diyaloglarında yer alan anlatımlar birbiriyle ilişkilendirilerek Platon’un ruh anlayışı açıklığa kavuşturulacak; sonuç olarak Platon’a göre ruhun hakiki âlem ile bu dünya arasındaki bağlantıyı tesis edebilme imkânına sahip bir varlık olduğu, bu nedenle onun varlık ve bilgi anlayışının düğüm noktasını oluşturduğu ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır. The originality of Karl Polanyi's work in the interwar period has gained increasing recognition in recent years, during which time the major debate on modernity has erupted. In order to link Polanyi's work with this debate, I will first discuss his legacy on the controversial concept of progress, and then relate his position to this debate. It is my contention that Polanyi's position combines the better aspects of the two rival approaches to modernity. I will then re-link Polanyi's thought to (...) the intellectual figures, movements and climate of his time and thereby disclose a curious affinity between his thought and the Critical Theory of the Frankfurt School. Karl R. Popper is an important philosopher of science of 20th Century and is known in this field through his theory of falsification. But the critical theory of rationality is indeed his basic theory and it can be seen in his whole idea. Critique of historicism also contains his views on the social and political philosophy in a systematic context in relation to them. Popper embodied his views about the historicism through human-centered thoughts of philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Marx (...) and Hegel who are effective system builders and he raised a number of criticism against the holistic structures. The aim of this study is to determine the use of the blackboard by teachers of Islamic Culture and Ethics. For this purpose, the views and practices of the teachers regarding the use of the blackboard were examined. The study is important as it was conducted through a combination of interviews and observations and contributes to the literature on the subject. A case study design, which is one of the qualitative methods, was used in the study. The study was conducted (...) with nine Islamic Culture and Ethics teachers selected through purposive sampling method in the center of Bitlis province and in six middle schools. A semi-structured interview form and an observation form developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools in the study. The data obtained from the interviews and observations were analyzed for content and presented in table format and interpreted. The study findings reached themes related to blackboard usage education, usage purpose, usage principles, usage self-efficacy, usage frequency, and usage problems. As a result, the teachers considered themselves sufficient in terms of blackboard usage and had not participated in any training related to blackboard usage. Teachers used the blackboard mainly to add visuality to the lesson, attract attention, provide instant additional and summary information, ensure permanence of knowledge, and activate teachers and students. Teachers frequently used the blackboard in their lessons. However, since teachers used the blackboard without paying attention to usage principles and in an unplanned manner, they encountered various problems related to classroom management such as noise, disinterest, and time loss, and could not benefit from the blackboard at a sufficient level. Nevertheless, it was observed that teachers' use of the blackboard in class added visuality and liveliness to the lesson, attracted the attention and interest of the students, supported teacher explanations, facilitated lesson follow-up, provided a common working area for teachers and students, and supported other educational tools used in the lesson. It is recommended that in-service trainings based on effective use of the blackboard be provided to teachers by experts in the field. (shrink)

In our country, mildly mentally disabled students are being educated in general education classes by means of integration. An individualized education program (IEP) is being prepared for these students when needed. However, the impact of BEP on students with intellectual disabilities in religious education has not yet been sufficiently discussed. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the IEP on the achievement of religious education of mentally disabled students and the level of religious learning of these (...) students. For this purpose, in addition to the education given in the general education class for the 6 mildly mentally disabled integration students studying in the 4th grade of primary school, 2 hours of education were carried out in the support education room per week during the education and training year. Semi-experimental study was designed according to the single-tasked multiple-start model. Education process was evaluated by Achievement Test, the Teacher Observation Form, the pre-test based on the Self-Assessment Form, post-test and retention tests. As a result, it has been seen that BEP has a positive effect on the achievement of religious education of mentally disabled students (ZEKÖ). In this framework, it has been found that students are influenced by the society, especially by their peers, when they are given time they constitute religious knowledge, they understand normal individuals religious behaviours, they are more emotional, they forget religious information that is not used in everyday life and when they accomplish they increase self-confidence and self-esteem and internalize values.SummaryPeople differ in their creation. This difference is greater in people disabled. In terms of individual traits and educational qualifications, individuals with disabilities who are severely different from their peers and who have difficulty in playing the roles they should play are evaluated in several groups. One of these groups is mentally disabled. Mentally handicapped people have various rights as normal individuals. One of these rights is the right to education. National and international laws guarantee the educational rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Similarly, Islam and his best practitioner, the prophet Muhammad, did not consent to the transformation of the mentally disabled into begging masses or to their isolation, but rather to integrate them into society. According to Islam, individuals with intellectual disabilities have the “capacity to acquire rights“, even if they do not have "capacity to act". This right requires them to receive an education that takes into account their differences, just like normal individuals. Because of their learning characteristics, mentally retarded students differ from their peers, therefore they cannot benefit from the educational activities organized for normal students. So, these students need a special education to ensure that the mentally disabled are successful and live in society without being dependent.Inrecent years, in our country as well as in the world, the principle of "least restricted education environment" is taken into consideration for mentally handicapped people who need special education, which approaches to co-education with their peers. This approach is tried to-be applied at all educational levels. Due to the diagnosis and evaluation in the Guidance and Research Center, a large number of mentally retarded students are placed in normal schools. These students, like other courses, take the Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Course together with the normal students. However, depending on their learning, they have the right to receive separate training as 1-3 people at-the support training room. The instructional adaptations necessary for the education of these students made by the Guidance and Research Centers are carried out by the teacher who plays the basic role in the education of the students. One of the important elements in the education of these mentally retarded students who need special education is the individualized education program. This program is prepared by the cooperation and joint decision of all stakeholders who may contribute to student’s education. The status of the student to participate in the learning and teaching activities, the amount and the quality of the education to be received in the support education room are made within the framework of this program.One of the most important courses in the education of mentally retarded students who are educated by inclusion is the Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge course. Because this course has the potential to make serious contributions to the socialization of students and to maintain their lives independently. However, there are a limited number of studies investigating the quality of religious education at-the scientific level. Furthermore, it has not been observed that these studies have been quasi-experimental. This study aims to reveal the quality of education for the mentally handicapped students. For this purpose, it aims to determine the contribution of religious education in the support education room to the success of the student depending on the individualized education program. It also makes it possible to make conclusions about how mentally handicapped people use their mental skills to learn religion. Depending on the aim of the study, during the 2015-2016 academic year, primary school 4th grade students and 6 mentally disabled inclusion students were educated. The quasi-experimental study was designed according to the single-subject multiple-start model. The process of the education, in other words, the development of mentally retarded students towards religious learning; were evaluated by Success Test, Teacher Observation Form and Self-Assessment Form based on pre-test, post-test and retention tests.Findings of the study; Faith, worship, the prophet Muhammad, Qur’an and its commentary, are classified according to the fields of morality, religion, and culture. The post-test achievement scores of the students in all learning areas were higher than the pre-test achievement scores. This shows that religious education in the support training room based on individualized education plan contributes positively to the success of the student. The results of the retention test are close to the results of the final test. In addition, it was determined that the students were affected by the society, especially by their peers, structured the religious knowledge when given time, they understood the religious behaviors of the normal individuals, became more emotional, forgot the religious information that is not used in daily life, increased their self-confidence and self-esteem as they succeeded and internalized the values. Based on these results, the following recommendations have been developed.Support Education Rooms should be functionalized and special attention should be given to individual or group-based religious education based on the nature and objectives of the subject in these rooms.In religious education, by taking into account the performances of mentally retarded inclusion students (MHIS), the relevant dimension of religion should be given importance according to their contribution to their normal lives and they should be consistent and patient in this process.Since MHIS has different levels of learning and perception and different developmental characteristics at every stage of life, it should prioritize their proper use of their existing capacities based on their religious education, interests and curiosities.Since MHIS is influenced by the emotion dimension rather than the information dimension of religion, religious education for them should be oriented towards life, which is not academic, literal or doctrinal, but rather their life and feelings.Similar studies with different study group students must be done and the results of the study should be interpreted comparatively. In general, the prayer (hacet or niyaz) windows that open to the body or courtyard wall of tombs have a majestic appearance that attracts the attention of people. The rooted visitation folklore, which encompasses praying and making requests to Allah in front of such windows, in the presence of and for the benefit of the buried person, is an important piece of religious ritual. In Istanbul folklore, Eyup Sultan Mosque and Mausoleum are places of visitation, where the public favor and (...) crowd on holy days that have religious significance. The epitaphs on these windows conclude with a call to perform a Fatiha prayer. It is understood that the prayer windows, which are located in positions that connect the hazirs with the street, were placed in order to request prayers by attracting the attention of passers-by that are visiting mosques and shrines. This study intends to determine the place of prayer windows in the discipline of Istanbul folklore and art history. The primary motivation for this study is to fill a gap in the literature by examining prayer windows, which were not present during the early stages of Islam but later developed into a sophisticated practice, especially during the Ottoman period. The first chapter of this study discusses the religious ritualistic and visitation folklore aspects of Eyup Sultan Mosque and Mausoleum. The second chapter discusses the reasons behind prayer windows being built and their importance, as well as the examination of these construction elements' morphological, material, technical, textual, decorative, and identifying constituents. Thus, as an example of an application specific to the Ottoman period in Islamic architecture and art, the prayer windows opened in the cemeteries around the Eyüp Tomb were examined, measured and drawn with AutoCAD programme within the scope of the survey, and the Muslims' view of death and the cultural heritage developed within this framework were tried to be understood.
