    This paper tackles through Eric Berne's transactional analysis the psychological games companies play in their corporate responsibility actions. A link between Berne's ego-states (Child, Parent and Adult) and corporate personality types (two-faced, desperate and responsible) is established. Berne's reciprocal and unfulfilled transactions are examined in corporate responsibility(CR) behaviour between two-faced, desperate and responsible corporations.
