    日本人の「和」の精神の源は、神と仏を等しく重んじる「神仏習合」の文化と、さらにその奥には空海による「マンダラ的思考」があった.

    Regulation of the Ca 2+ pump atpase by cAMP‐dependent phosphorylation of phospholamban.Michihiko Tada & Masaaki Kadoma - 1989 - Bioessays 10 (5):157-163.
Ca2+ transients in myocardial cells are modulated by cyclic AMP‐dependent phosphorylation of a protein in the sarcoplasmic reticulum. This protein, termed phospholamban, serves to regulate the Ca2+ pump ATPase of this membrane, thus altering the mode of Ca2+ transients and the myocardial contractile response. Elucidating the structure of phospholamban and its intimate interaction with the Ca2+ pump ATPase should provide the basis for understanding, at the molecular level, how the cAMP system contributes to excitation‐contraction coupling in muscle cells.

Tameness of definably complete locally o‐minimal structures and definable bounded multiplication.Masato Fujita, Tomohiro Kawakami & Wataru Komine - 2022 - Mathematical Logic Quarterly 68 (4):496-515.
We first show that the projection image of a discrete definable set is again discrete for an arbitrary definably complete locally o‐minimal structure. This fact together with the results in a previous paper implies a tame dimension theory and a decomposition theorem into good‐shaped definable subsets called quasi‐special submanifolds. Using this fact, we investigate definably complete locally o‐minimal expansions of ordered groups when the restriction of multiplication to an arbitrary bounded open box is definable. Similarly to o‐minimal expansions of ordered (...)

The pleiotropic functions of the Y‐box‐binding protein, YB‐1.Kimitoshi Kohno, Hiroto Izumi, Takeshi Uchiumi, Megumi Ashizuka & Michihiko Kuwano - 2003 - Bioessays 25 (7):691-698.
The Y‐box‐binding protein (YB‐1) represents the most evolutionary conserved nucleic‐acid‐binding protein currently known. YB‐1 is a member of the cold‐shock domain (CSD) protein superfamily. It performs a wide variety of cellular functions, including transcriptional regulation, translational regulation, DNA repair, drug resistance and stress responses to extracellular signals. As a result, YB‐1 expression is closely associated with cell proliferation. In this review, we will begin by briefly describing the characteristics of YB‐1 and will then summarize the pleiotropic functions brought about via (...)

Jean-Paul Sartre: mind and body, word and deed.Jean-Pierre Boulé & B. P. O'Donohoe (eds.) - 2011 - Newcastle upon Tyne: Cambridge Scholars Press.
Jean-Paul Sartre: Mind and Body, Word and Deed celebrates Sartre's polyvalence with an examination of Sartrean philosophy, literature, and politics. In four distinct yet related sections, twelve scholars from three continents examine Sartre's thought, writing and action over his long career. "Sartre and the Body" reappraises Sartre's work in dialogue with other philosophers past and present, including Maine de Biran, Maurice Merleau-Ponty and Didier Anzieu. "Sartre and Time" offers a first-hand account by Michel Contat of Sartre and Beauvoir working together, (...)
