Requests for support in professional changes are getting more and more numerous. Regarding jobs concerned with caring for others, therapeutic education needs to be spread into new approaches requiring social and human sciences (Tourette-Turgis, 2015 ; Chalmel, 2015). These requests lead to alterations in professional practices and changes in educational devices. This chapter deals with a direct observation of effective practices addressed to young patients and also implies the training of nurses through experiences. It also discusses ways of scientific collaboration (...) between female researchers in different scientific fields of the medical body leading the latter to alter their practices by creating pedagogic instruments or new tools for training. This inventive conception deriving from these exchanges leaning on experiences and skills previously built up and linked together to help devices development. Our contribution deals with and discusses the transformation of state nurses functions through these analyses and towards actions which do not only concern body care but a way of teaching healthy life style. The themes under study concerns the passing on and transferring experiences and responsibility when directing cessions from cardiology education to the therapeutic education nurse. (shrink)

This article presents factors and criteria of interview in auto-confrontation with an objective of professional didactic, which we frequently conduct in our collaborative researches, when we analyze the activity. Our aim is to initiate reflections and debates about the status conferred to auto-confrontation in a process of research and about the issue answers by such method in professional training. Observing that auto-confrontation is discussing in human and social sciences as a tool of investigation, as a method or as scientific object, (...) we try to identify dimensions that make it to be both a method of investigation and a tool of professional training. Since we explain why auto-confrontation considering in theoretical context of professional didactic constitutes a tool for professional involvement, and that, in such case, it integration in vocational training engineering is relevant. Seule la démarche matérialiste en histoire permet de réfuter radicalement les essentialismes, tel que « l’orientalisme » en dépit de la critique infondée de Marx par Edward Said. L’attitude politique de Marx et Engels envers la religion reste d’actualité. Cependant, la tradition marxiste est déficitaire dans le domaine de la sociologie de la religion. Il faut intégrer d’autres apports, dont le concept durkheimien d’anomie, pour comprendre la résurgence du religieux contemporaine du tournant néolibéral. Tandis que le christianisme des origines se (...) prête facilement à une lecture de gauche, la théologie islamique, et notamment sa version ultraorthodoxe propagée par le royaume saoudien, favorise une lecture intégriste combattante. Il est périlleux pour les marxistes de se placer sur le terrain de l’exégèse en islam au lieu de s’en tenir à la séparation entre politique et religion. (shrink)

Suis-je une bonne mère? Cette question ne recouvre pas la même inquiétude sur les deux rives du social. Mais elle perdure, alors que son pendant – suis-je une bonne épouse? – est devenu difficile à entendre, comme le reliquat d’une époque révolue. L’enfant devient ainsi une des dernières valeurs sûres. Dans les faits, les enfants de coparents multiples auront certainement plus d’occasions de faire une étude comparative des relations de couple et des relations parents-enfants que les enfants de monoparents, mais (...) ces derniers auront peut-être une vision plus juste des rapports de sexe qui prévalent dans la société. André Tosel, décédé en mars 2017, était un philosophe engagé, attaché tout au long de son existence à faire vivre un marxisme critique puisant notamment dans le meilleur de la tradition italienne de ce courant de pensée ; il fut l'un des rares français à introduire et discuter les oeuvres majeures d'A. Labriola et surtout d'A. Gramsci, ainsi par ailleurs que celles de Vico dont il fut un fin connaisseur. Il consacra sa thèse de doctorat d'état aux rapports entre religion, (...) politique et philosophie chez Spinoza et contribua de façon décisive à de nouvelles lectures du philosophe en le mettant en miroir de Marx. Professeur de philosophie des universités de Besançon, Franche Comté, de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et de Nice Sophia-Antipolis, dans lesquelles il occupa de nombreuses fonctions de directions administratives et scientifiques, il était un homme de collectif attaché à faire vivre le savoir, s'engageant dans la vie universitaire et politique, contribuant également de manière décisive au lancement et à l'animation de la revue Actuel Marx. Passionné par l'évolution des pensées contemporaines, il intervenait régulièrement dans des débats d'actualité, sous la forme de contributions dans L'Humanité ou dans des ouvrages destinés à un public large, tout particulièrement dans la dernière période sur les questions de sécularisation, de laïcité et de religion. Cet ouvrage entend lui rendre hommage en abordant les différentes facettes de son oeuvre, traversant un demi-siècle de vie intellectuelle. (shrink)

The didactic proposal of the post-constructivist (Grossi, 2005), takes into account the relationship between the subject, reality, others and the Other interior and considers the learning potential of all students. Its theoretical foundation is, among other things, the principle that learning is a social phenomenon, and that the spatial organization of the class, in groups of adults, promotes the teaching-learning process. Post-constructivism is a didactic proposition that allows us to respond to the purpose of teaching all students. This article on (...) group work in post-constructivism aims to analyze the change in posture of teachers, and the professional development that follows, and which demonstrates a break with the traditional form of education. The trick of the identified researcher is then to take up in a teacher training, through the aulic groups in the Geempa class and the weekly study group, the scientific approach of post-constructivism. L’historien et le philosophe puisent tous deux dans le marxisme pour penser la question sur la longue durée et jusqu’à nos jours, tout en divergeant sur plusieurs points. Il ressort de cette confrontation une nécessaire prise en compte non fétichiste des « classiques du marxisme », insuffisants pour penser la totalité de la (...) complexité de la persistance de la « nation », mais indispensables malgré tout pour définir une visée émancipatrice. Les marxismes de Chine sont très peu pris en considération en France. Cet article expose quelques hypothèses expliquant cet état de fait et rappelle l’importance de la référence marxiste en Chine à tous les niveaux, des plus hautes instances de l’État à des intellectuels plus ou moins isolés. L’article suggère également quelques pistes pour une analyse marxiste des réalités chinoises aujourd’hui, multiformes, qui empêchent de dresser un état des lieux schématique de l’évolution contemporaine du pays (Chine « capitaliste » ou (...) « socialiste », etc.). Il suggère, au-delà du présent dossier, de poursuivre des recherches sur ces multiples dimensions. (shrink)

La correspondance d’Yvon Bourdet conservée à l’Imec contient d’importants développements sur l’austromarxisme. Ceux publiés ici appartiennent à une série de lettres échangées avec Lucien Goldmann au seuil des années 1960, où sont discutés la question du kantisme « rouge », les pensées d’Otto Bauer et surtout de Max Adler, ainsi que le rapport entre Lukács et l’austromarxisme. Cet article revient sur le rapport complexe qu’ont entretenu Marx puis les marxistes à la nation et à l’internationalisme. Après un bref examen des positions de Marx, celles de plusieurs théoriciens et responsables politiques, notamment Otto Bauer, Rosa Luxemburg, Staline, et Gramsci, sont exposées. C’est enfin aux évolutions les plus récentes, notamment à travers la question de l’Union européenne et les débats qu’elle suscite, que s’attache principalement la dernière partie de l’article. La thèse centrale est de montrer que la nation (...) n’a jamais été clairement définie ni fait l’objet d’un consensus dans les traditions marxistes et socialistes. Il remarque notamment l’évolution des trente dernières années : après une période de relativisation du fait national, plusieurs courants politiques ont cherché à se réapproprier la nation, sans proposer pour autant une voie qui fasse consensus. Rosa Luxemburg est une des principales représentantes du marxisme occidental. Le présent article vise à donner quelques éléments précis sur l’histoire de la réception de Rosa Luxemburg dans différents pays. Outre la France, où elle bénéficia d’une réception particulièrement remarquable, il est question dans cet article de l’appréciation de son œuvre dans les deux Allemagnes pendant la guerre froide (1949-1989), en URSS, mais aussi aux États-Unis et au Brésil. Sans prétendre à l’exhaustivité, l’article présente donc un panorama du « luxemburgisme (...) » à l’échelle internationale. (shrink)

L'oeuvre de Nicos Poulantzas (1936-1979) alimente aujourd'hui au plan international les recherches marxistes parmi les plus novatrices. Poulantzas a fait évoluer le marxisme sur des voies inexplorées, tout en l'ouvrant à des influences extérieures, comme celle de Michel Foucault. Son oeuvre se situe à la charnière de deux époques : le capitalisme d'après-guerre, avec son cycle de croissance ininterrompu de trois décennies, et la période de crise débutée dans les années 1970, dont nous ne sommes pas encore sortis. C'est ce (...) qui confère à la pensée de Poulantzas sa grande actualité. Aujourd'hui, de nouvelles générations de chercheurs partent à la découverte de cette pensée, et cherchent à la mettre à contribution pour comprendre les évolutions du capitalisme contemporain. C'est dans ce mouvement de redécouverte du marxisme que cet ouvrage s'inscrit. (shrink)

Marx’s debt to the liberal historians of the 19th century, in particular to Augustin Thierry, has long been a key formula in the “materialist conception of history”, through which to explain the crucial function of the concept of “class struggle”. The present article offers a reconsideration of this presumption, by way of a consideration of various sources (including some little-known notes by Marx, published by the MEGA). The analysis addresses both the question of what Marx actually read and drew upon (...) in Augustin Thierry, in particular his Essay on the History of the Formation and the Progress of the Third Estate, and the way that Marxism constructed a positive reference to Augustin Thierry (in particular through the mediation of Plekhanov), consequently evading certain intuitions of Marx. In its conclusion, the article reconsiders some of the tensions which a historical analysis in terms of class struggle gives rise to, between the focalization on the short time of the revolutionary moment (1789, 1848) and the integration of a detailed, longue durée analysis of social classes (in particular for the medieval era and the Ancien Régime). La production théorique marxiste de RDA sous ses différentes formes n’a pas véritablement bénéficié jusqu’ici du regain d’intérêt pour ce « pays disparu » que l’on a pu constater ces dernières années, tant dans le débat public que dans l’historiographie. En dépit de la fonction de légitimation qui était la sienne, le marxisme de RDA était pourtant un champ traversé par des contradictions et ne se réduisait pas à une idéologie ossifiée. Les outils bibliographiques dont nous disposons aujourd’hui concernant les (...) acteurs et les institutions qui ont contribué à faire exister le marxisme de RDA nous permettent d’adopter une démarche plus nuancée. Il est notamment possible d'identifier, pardelà des approches indéniablement dogmatiques, un certain nombre d'innovations, dont l'un des exemples les plus notables est le courant de la Weltgeschichte. Nicos Poulantzas has left us with one of the most sophisticated theories of the state in the second half of the 20th century. Poulantzas’s influential theory draws inspiration from Marx, Lenin, Weber, and Foucault, among other thinkers, conceiving of the relationship between capitalism and the state as particularly original. L’interview retrace la carrière universitaire de l’historien Mario Kessler, né en RDA. Il a étudié l’histoire à Iéna et à Leipzig, a rédigé ses thèses de doctorat et de post-doctorat alors qu’il se trouvait encore en RDA, mais a dû trouver sa voie dans un système universitaire entièrement nouveau en 1990. Il y est parvenu sans changer sa position politique de socialiste critique. Grâce à la formation universitaire de sa famille et à sa connaissance de la littérature occidentale, il disposait (...) déjà avant 1989 d’une avance en matière de connaissances, qu’il a pu mettre à profit, par exemple lors de ses nombreux postes de professeur invité et de ses séjours de recherche aux États-Unis. Il n’a jamais oublié ce qu’il devait à ses professeurs et compagnons universitaires de l’Est et de l’Ouest. (shrink)

Cet entretien revient sur l’histoire des oppositions de gauche en URSS (notamment trotskystes, mais pas uniquement) et sur l’évolution actuelle de la Russie post-soviétique. Il critique les approches considérant l’URSS comme un « capitalisme d’État » et analyse les transformations à l’œuvre de la Russie contemporaine, notamment en terme de rapports de propriété. La nomenklatura joue un rôle contradictoire, tenant à conserver le contrôle de l’État tout en impulsant une vague de privatisations sous pression internationale.

This article discusses the issue of Christianity in a pluralistic society on the basis of the book "If God Were a Human Rights Activist", by Boaventura de Sousa Santos. In this book the author confronts the challenges that the "movements that demand the presence of religion in the public sphere" place for human rights in the context of ”ecology of conceptions of human dignity." This article begins by presenting the problem of Christianity in a pluralistic society and indicating two fundamental (...) forms of dialogue and interaction between religious traditions and society as a whole. The text goes on to show, from the aforementioned book, how traditions and religious movements are a privileged place of affirmation and defense of human dignity and how theologies that sustain them constitute a 'defense grammar of human dignity. The article concludes by showing how the affirmation and defense of human dignity, understood and lived in the context of social struggles for justice, constitute the core of the Christian experience of God or, in any case, one of its fundamental features or marks. This article examines the Roman tradition that Numa once negotiated with Jupiter about human sacrifice. Complete versions of the myth survive in Ovid, Plutarch and Arnobius. Previous studies of this tradition have proposed four main interpretations of it, which have done important service in modern reconstructions of the character of Roman religion. These scholarly treatments raise several questions. First, are they actually supported by, or the most convincing way of reading, the surviving ancient sources? If so, have they been (...) correctly attributed? Why might a specific ancient author present the myth of Numa and Jupiter in a manner which suggests one interpretation rather than another? What ideological and theological work does the story do for Ovid, for Plutarch and for Arnobius? Finally, can this myth, in whatever version, support the weight of the implications put on it for the character of Roman religion? This article seeks to enhance our understanding of this myth in its surviving versions, not just by analysing the evidence for each of the modern interpretations, but also by considering why ancient authors tell the myth of Numa and Jupiter the way they do. It is argued that their choices illustrate best not one meaning of the myth nor one Roman way of piety but the richness and diversity of religious reflection in antiquity. (shrink)

This article explores the (contested) concept of political representation in Urdu during the colonial period to address “deceptive familiarities” and highlight multilingual and transnational influences on contemporary Indian Muslim claims. Drawing on official documents, letters, speeches, and newspapers from the late 1850s to 1919, it argues that the “politics of presence”—or descriptive representation—of “Old Party” leaders stemmed from their aristocratic concept of representation as trusteeship (wakālat). Despite changes in terminology, the concept was only challenged in the 1910s by the “Young (...) Party” and by the embracing of democratic values. Conceptual change was then materialized by the appropriation of the Persian numā’indagī in Urdu—a term that might have consecutively accredited descriptive claims and the use of religious symbols in election campaigns. Livy’s first pentad of Ab Urbe Condita begins and ends with the founding and refounding of the city. Both are achieved first through violence and then through the establishment and re-establishment of religious authority and the restoration of Rome’s relationship with its gods. This article examines the connection Livy makes between Numa and Camillus and the place of religion within the refoundation narratives. The religious topography of Rome is essential to Camillus’ argument for the Romans to remain in the (...) city following the Gallic sack. By citing particular priesthoods, the flamen Dialis and the Vestal Virgins in particular, both of which were established or developed by Numa, Livy not only constructs Camillus as a new Numa but also promotes these priesthoods as monumenta. Camillus’ speech forges direct connections between Rome’s conditores, the topography of the city, the devotion to its gods, and the city’s continued glory. (shrink)

O autor esboça seu projeto de apresentar a liberdade como independente da versão forte - ontológica - da contingência; e discutir certas afinidades indeterministas de Aristóteles com a interpretação dominante da física quãntica, em contraste com o determinismo da ciência moderna.

Analisar as relações sociais e econômicas efetuadas numa dada sociedade é de vital importância para sua compreensão. Neste artigo o objetivo estará voltado para compreender as estratégias de sobrevivência utilizadas pela família de Antônio Augusto Bicalho Canêdo, o maior proprietário de escravos da freguesia de São Paulo do Muriahé. As fontes utilizadas serão os registros de batismos, casamentos e o inventário post-mortem relacionadas ao nosso personagem.
